Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • progressive culinary and kitchen management experience
  • experience in high volume, complex foodservice environments
  • catering experience preferred
  • institutional or batch cooking experience a plus
  • strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer use
  • willingness to participate in client satisfaction initiatives
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in managing food cost controls and overall kitchen expenses
  • lead menu planning, development, and daily production for the Home Office cafe
  • oversee ordering, inventory, and product quality
  • supervise and support culinary team members
  • execute catering events from preparation through service
  • implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary leadership
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
