- Demonstrated career progression in the culinary field
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Develop and maintain high culinary standards
- Lead and train kitchen staff
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory and kitchen supplies
- Support menu development and innovation
