  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for excellence

  • Ability to lead and develop a team

  • Demonstrated career progression in the culinary field
