Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- Preferred food service or Culinary Arts degree
- 2 years' related supervisory culinary work experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Must have well-rounded food background, administrative and people skills
- Must have extensive knowledge of all kitchen equipment
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Gaming license required
- ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Evaluate current needs and forecast business conditions for resource allocation
- Monitor food preparation for quality and consistency according to standards
- Collaborate with Pub Manager to develop large party menus
- Select, schedule, supervise, train, and develop culinary staff
- Create and determine costs for menus and specials
- Develop and maintain recipe cards and specifications
- Ensure compliance with department and company regulations
- Monitor kitchen sanitation and storage practices
- Manage departmental budget compliance
- Maintain quality and organization of food outlets
- Perform and oversee food purchases and inventory
- Organize outlets for efficient service
- Assist in other kitchens as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow proper closing procedures
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Manage point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Provide outstanding customer and employee service
- Present a neat and clean appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
