Job Requirements
- High school diploma (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of cooking experience
- Food handler's certification
- Must pass a TB test, drug screen, and background check (no felony convictions)
Job Qualifications
- Proficient knife skills
- Experience with scratch and batch cooking (preferred)
- Background in hospitality kitchens (country clubs, hotels, or local non-chain restaurants)
Job Duties
- Prepare meals in accordance with established menus, recipes, and production sheets
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist in creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes
- Ensure accurate inventory usage and deliver invoices promptly to the Dining Services Director
- Keep records of meals prepared and supplies used
