Job Requirements

  • High school diploma (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience
  • Food handler's certification
  • Must pass a TB test, drug screen, and background check (no felony convictions)

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient knife skills
  • Experience with scratch and batch cooking (preferred)
  • Background in hospitality kitchens (country clubs, hotels, or local non-chain restaurants)

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals in accordance with established menus, recipes, and production sheets
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Assist in creating visually appealing and flavorful dishes
  • Ensure accurate inventory usage and deliver invoices promptly to the Dining Services Director
  • Keep records of meals prepared and supplies used
