Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience with at least 1 year as sous chef
- Ability to lead and manage culinary team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in banquet and special event production
- Ability to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Must demonstrate participative management style
- Must instill guest service attitude in all associates
Job Qualifications
