Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years culinary experience with at least 1 year as sous chef
  • Ability to lead and manage culinary team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in banquet and special event production
  • Ability to maintain quality standards and consistency
  • Must demonstrate participative management style
  • Must instill guest service attitude in all associates
