Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a culinary supervisory role
  • Valid food handler’s certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a culinary leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to supervise and mentor culinary staff

  • Experience in menu planning and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef with supervision of culinary, production, and multiple restaurant teams
  • Support effective planning, purchasing, and preparation of appealing and wholesome menus
  • Ensure compliance with state and local safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet residents' dietary needs and preferences
  • Monitor food quality and consistency
  • Contribute to inventory management and cost control
