Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related experience or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of diploma
  • Ability to work early morning and evening shifts
  • Capability to follow complex recipes and HACCP safety regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • No direct patient care required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related culinary experience
  • Ability to follow complex recipes and perform advanced cooking duties
  • Experience training and supervising kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to assist in menu development and cost control

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food production activities ensuring compliance with recipes and quality standards
  • Manage sanitation, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control in accordance with purchasing agreements
  • Train new and existing kitchen staff on food preparation, plating, and special menu items
  • Assist leadership with creation and preparation of specialty dishes
  • Structure daily kitchen operations and supervise staff while serving as liaison with leadership
  • Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of food items following HACCP guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize workstations maintaining personal hygiene and uniform standards
