Job Requirements
- two years of supervisory experience required
- ability to work full time monday through friday with varying hours
- knowledge of corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

- attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
Job Duties
- assist executive chef with food preparation and cooking
- cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews
- store food according to food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstations
- interact with customers to resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
- monitor inventory and deliveries, track production, consumption, and waste
- perform other duties as assigned
