Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 19 years old
- Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time
- Successful background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Minimum age of 19 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare various types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
- Clean and maintain kitchen sanitation and organization
- Supervise and oversee kitchen staff progress and performance
- Manage inventory and supplies for kitchen operations
- Coordinate kitchen projects and special events as assigned
- Monitor kitchen function in the absence of the Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
