Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 19 years old
  • Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Authorization to work in the United States full-time
  • Successful background check and drug screening

  • Two years of cooking experience above fast food or fast casual dining
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to supervise kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum age of 19 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare various types of food including baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking
  • Clean and maintain kitchen sanitation and organization
  • Supervise and oversee kitchen staff progress and performance
  • Manage inventory and supplies for kitchen operations
  • Coordinate kitchen projects and special events as assigned
  • Monitor kitchen function in the absence of the Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
