Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to our menu and sourcing standards
  • Assist in kitchen operations including food prep cooking and plating
  • Transition smoothly between kitchen and dining room roles as needed when applicable
  • Deliver dishes to tables explaining ingredients and preparation methods when applicable
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring a seamless dining experience when applicable
  • Collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent culinary and service standards
  • Work dinner service Tuesday through Saturday full-time with some availability on Sundays and Mondays for special events
