Job Duties

Prepare high-quality dishes according to our menu and sourcing standards
Assist in kitchen operations including food prep cooking and plating
Transition smoothly between kitchen and dining room roles as needed when applicable
Deliver dishes to tables explaining ingredients and preparation methods when applicable
Anticipate and respond to guest needs ensuring a seamless dining experience when applicable
Collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent culinary and service standards
Work dinner service Tuesday through Saturday full-time with some availability on Sundays and Mondays for special events
