Job Requirements

  • must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
  • ability to perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • ability to manage shifts including scheduling and planning
  • proficiency with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
  • understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
  • understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital or online reservation systems
  • ability to coach, lead and develop a team
  • ability to work calmly under pressure

Job Duties

  • manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
  • create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
  • ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
