Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 5 years experience in kitchen or culinary role
ability to perform all basic food preparation skill sets accurately
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
strong organizational and leadership skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

a complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets and the ability to perform these tasks error-free
experience with hiring and training employees a plus
a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role is preferred
experience working with a POS system is a plus
