Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years experience in kitchen or culinary role
  • ability to perform all basic food preparation skill sets accurately
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • a complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets and the ability to perform these tasks error-free
  • experience with hiring and training employees a plus
  • a minimum of 5 years experience in similar role is preferred
  • experience working with a POS system is a plus

Job Duties

  • organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product
  • purchasing and inventory duties
  • comply with all state and local operating regulations
  • apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus
  • plan for special events and holiday functions
