- Professional experience in food trucks, kitchens, or bakeries is a plus

Job Duties
- Assisting with all hiring of staff for the truck
- Assisting Head Chef with inventory management and ordering
- Supervising staff on truck
- Training incoming staff members on correct procedures
- Working closely with Head Chef to maintain accurate information in POS
- Maintaining food quality and standards for the menu
- Ensure all food items meet health and safety code standards
- Becoming familiar with the point of sale system and how to update it when needed
- Assisting line cooks in preparing and cooking the food
- Work with staff and Head Chef to keep all ingredients, supplies and materials well stocked and in good condition
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
