Job Requirements

- Past experience working as a cook or in a similar culinary position
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Certification in food safety if required
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare a range of dishes according to set recipes and guidelines for production
- Prepare workstations by organizing required ingredients and utensils
- Arrange ingredients by cutting, trimming, measuring, blending, and similar tasks
- Properly use various kitchen utensils and equipment, such as knives, ovens, stoves, and mixers, to ensure safety in the kitchen
- Employ a variety of cooking techniques like baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming to prepare and create diverse meals
- Organize and ornament dishes based on defined expectations for their presentation aesthetics
- Adhere to the specified food safety procedures and store food appropriately
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Deliver top-notch customer support with a positive demeanor
- Follow all of Aramark's safety and sanitation protocols diligently
- Ensure the safety of corporate valuables
