Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a sous chef or relevant role in a restaurant kitchen
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
Strong communication and leadership skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
