Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant culinary training or certification preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication and organizational skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards

- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role

Job Duties
- Assist head chef in preparation of food and drink menu
- oversee each plate prior to serving
- fill in for head chef when needed
- manage kitchen staff from schedule to performance assessment
- solve kitchen issues as they arise
- order kitchen supplies for stocking inventory
- comply with sanitation and safety standards
