Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in technical tools including Google Suite
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Commitment to sustainable food practices
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to champion food and workplace safety culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer and Google Suite tools
  • Passion for food quality, sustainability, and hospitality
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Experience managing in a union environment a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage workplace and food safety standards including allergen management
  • Oversee all facets of food quality and culinary process
  • Ensure efficiency of kitchen operations by adhering to menus and preparation guidelines
  • Prepare balanced and nourishing meals
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality consistently
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
  • Assist with sustainable sourcing and procurement
