Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in technical tools including Google Suite
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Commitment to sustainable food practices
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to champion food and workplace safety culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer and Google Suite tools
- Passion for food quality, sustainability, and hospitality
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience managing in a union environment a plus
Job Duties
- Manage workplace and food safety standards including allergen management
- Oversee all facets of food quality and culinary process
- Ensure efficiency of kitchen operations by adhering to menus and preparation guidelines
- Prepare balanced and nourishing meals
- Deliver exceptional hospitality consistently
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Assist with sustainable sourcing and procurement
