Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Assisting unit leader with administrative tasks as needed
  • Supervising multiple employees to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating kitchen staff schedules and workflow
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as necessary
