  • proven experience as a sous chef, executive sous chef, or kitchen manager
  • strong passion for culinary excellence and wine knowledge
  • ability to develop and lead a culinary team
  • knowledge of kitchen systems, food safety and sanitation procedures
  • stable career history with upward progression
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Qualifications

  • proven success as a sous chef, executive sous chef, or kitchen manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
  • strong passion for culinary excellence and wine knowledge
  • demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team
  • knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that ensure great execution
  • stable job history with career progressions
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
