Job Duties

  • Create a culture of food exploration and innovation
  • Prepare meals using various kitchen equipment including stove, grill, and pizza oven
  • Maintain high standards in food preparation and cleanliness
  • Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed
  • Engage with customers to ensure fast and friendly service
  • Adapt to different kitchen environments including freezer and food prep areas
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
