Job Duties
- Create a culture of food exploration and innovation
- Prepare meals using various kitchen equipment including stove, grill, and pizza oven
- Maintain high standards in food preparation and cleanliness
- Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed
- Engage with customers to ensure fast and friendly service
- Adapt to different kitchen environments including freezer and food prep areas
- Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen efficiency
