Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
  • experience with inventory management and purchasing
  • compliance with state and local health and safety regulations
  • ability to lead and train team members
  • familiarity with POS systems preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets
  • ability to perform food preparation tasks error-free
  • experience with hiring or training employees a plus
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • experience working with a POS system is a plus
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product
  • purchasing and inventory duties
  • comply with all state and local operating regulations
  • apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus
  • plan for special events and holiday functions
  • assist with training and leading kitchen staff
  • support the Chef in managing kitchen operations
