Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar kitchen role
- knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
- experience with inventory management and purchasing
- compliance with state and local health and safety regulations
- ability to lead and train team members
- familiarity with POS systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- Complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets
- ability to perform food preparation tasks error-free
- experience with hiring or training employees a plus
- minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- experience working with a POS system is a plus
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product
- purchasing and inventory duties
- comply with all state and local operating regulations
- apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus
- plan for special events and holiday functions
- assist with training and leading kitchen staff
- support the Chef in managing kitchen operations
