Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • proficiency in Windows operating systems and company-approved software
  • ability to work flexible schedule
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • capability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • proficiency in Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing

Job Duties

  • Produce innovative and diversified menus that reflect the restaurant's overall vision
  • train kitchen staff to adhere to restaurant policies and general sanitation regulations
  • organize, schedule, and direct the work of kitchen staff ensuring efficient kitchen operations
  • design aesthetic plating presentations
  • ensure hygiene and food safety requirements are met
  • maintain kitchen inventory and assigned budget
  • approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
