Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
- lead train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate
- oversee daily food preparation production and presentation
- ensure consistency in quality taste and presentation that meets Ruth's Chris standards
- assist in menu development inventory control and cost management
