- Minimum 2 years experience working in a kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- The sidekick to a hero that saves the neighborhood from bad food
- You handle the dirty work without making it seem dirty
- An extra set of eyes for the head chef, you handle quality control, appliances and personalities
- While the chef supervises issues from a high level, you're on the ground staring problems in the eye
- Assist head chef in preparation of food and drink menu
- Oversee each plate prior to serving
- Fill in for head chef when needed
- Manage kitchen staff from schedule to performance assessment
- Solve kitchen issues as they arise
- Order kitchen supplies for stocking inventory
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards
