- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience in a professional environment
- Must have a current ServSafe Certification or Pennsylvania Food Handlers certification
- Advanced knife handling skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Professional demeanor
- Passion for relationships with purveyors and local farmers
- Creativity in menu development
- Sound cooking techniques
- Ability to work confidently on all kitchen stations including expo
- Knowledge of food budgeting and cost optimization
- Food safety knowledge
