Job Requirements
- Previous sous chef experience required
- Background check and drug screening required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest culinary and safety standards
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver excellence with every plate
- Oversee daily food preparation, production, and presentation
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation that meets Ruth's Chris standards
- Assist in menu development, inventory control, and cost management
