Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of culinary or related professional experience
  • or 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 2 years of culinary or food and beverage professional experience
  • ability to maintain sanitation and food safety standards
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • capability to manage kitchen operations
  • proficiency in handling food production and presentation
  • compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • availability for full-time schedule
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 4 years of experience in culinary or food and beverage professional area
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel and Restaurant Management
  • 2 years of experience in culinary or food and beverage professional area
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

  • experience in scheduling and labor management
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • assist in developing new culinary applications and ideas
  • determine food presentation and create decorative food displays
  • support supervision of kitchen shift operations
  • ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • perform duties of kitchen managers and associates as needed
  • estimate daily production needs and communicate with kitchen personnel
  • assist Executive Chef with kitchen operations
