Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Preferably in high-volume, upscale-casual restaurants
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role preferred
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Intermediate or better knife skills and core culinary techniques
- Fundamental culinary knowledge including ingredient seasonality and presentation
- Previous experience with wood-fired cooking preferred
- Current ServSafe Manager Certification required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 45 hours per week
- Physically able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Familiar with Toast, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience

- Must have current ServSafe Manager Certification
- Familiarity with Toast, 7Shifts, and Margin Edge a major plus
Job Duties
- Train and mentor kitchen staff with hands-on coaching every shift
- Ensure every dish is prepared accurately and beautifully plated
- Manage kitchen operations including station setup and pre-shift checklists
- Adjust staffing levels in real time to control labor costs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment
- Provide support during busy service periods and solve problems on the spot
- Collaborate with kitchen management team to uphold quality and operational standards
