Job Requirements

  • Completed degree in culinary and hospitality
  • minimum of 5 years culinary experience in related field preferred
  • minimum of 2 years in fine dining environment preferred
  • current Clark County Health Card
  • ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • comprehensive food knowledge including cost control, menu planning, budgeting, training, inventory control, and sanitation
  • ability to handle flexible schedule
  • sound judgment and maturity decision-making ability
  • great attention to detail
  • customer-service orientation
  • ability to work hands on in any kitchen environment pertaining to multiple meal preparations
  • ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • average skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to learn other computer software programs

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in culinary and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Oversee the Executive Dining Area and Kitchen operations
  • coordinate daily menu responsibilities according to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • assist with menu development and creativity
  • prepare and serve meals with attention to detail and presentation
  • provide friendly and welcoming service to executives and guests
  • manage vendor relationships and oversee kitchen ordering processes
  • ensure proper food storage and maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • confidently troubleshoot kitchen and equipment issues
  • monitor and address culinary and sanitation concerns
  • follow established safety and infection control policies
  • maintain safe working conditions and environment
  • collaborate with Chef to meet executive specifications
  • comply with sanitation, hygiene, and food handling standards
