Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Experience preferred in family entertainment centers or food and beverage settings
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting objects over 30 pounds
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs
- Commitment to punctual and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Experience in banquet service
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills

- Familiarity with relevant technology and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepares or directly supervises kitchen staff responsible for daily food preparation to ensure cooking methods, garnishing, and portion sizes comply with standardized recipes
- Assists Executive Chef with monthly inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning, and issuing food production supplies
- Assumes full charge of the kitchen in Executive Chef's absence
- Assists with supervision and training of kitchen employees, sanitation and safety enforcement, and menu planning
- Maintains consistent standards of food quality including appeal, flavor, and presentation
- Recommends maintenance, repair, and upkeep of kitchen equipment
- Prepares reports, schedules, and costs menu, performing assigned administrative tasks
- Works in any kitchen station as assigned by the Executive Chef
- Helps plan and implement energy conservation procedures in the kitchen
- Assists in development of training and professional growth opportunities for kitchen staff
- Coordinates with dining service personnel during daily line-ups
- Assists in food procurement, delivery, storage, and issuing of food items
- Coordinates buffet presentations
- Reports guest complaints to the Executive Chef and assists in resolution
- Maintains punctual attendance consistent with company policies and federal regulations
- Adapts to changing duties based on business needs
