Job Requirements
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' cooking experience
- Minimum 2 years' kitchen management experience
- 2 years' banquet chef experience preferred
- Read, write and speak English
- Culinary math skills including multiplication, division, and percentages
- Ability to understand and accomplish financial goals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other payroll and purchasing software
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties
- Communicate daily with the Executive Chef regarding planning, staffing, and internal procedures
- Complete daily food requisitions and daily specials
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff
- Play an integral role in menu development
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection
- Uphold food safety and quality standards
