Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Relevant education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current ServSafe certification

- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special occasions is desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required
Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions during absence of the Kitchen Manager/Chef
- Estimate food consumption and purchase accordingly while scheduling staff efficiently
- Partner with Kitchen Manager/Chef or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards through supervision of food preparation and storage
- Assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Report critical issues promptly to General Manager
