Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Supervising set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Conducting line checks, testing, training, and recipe adherence
  • Managing expo and cooking times to meet quality standards
  • Presenting quality food by ensuring menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate kitchen facilities
  • Living the company's Principles & Beliefs by fostering a passionate and fun team culture
  • Supporting team members to live balanced lives
