Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Supervising set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Conducting line checks, testing, training, and recipe adherence
- Managing expo and cooking times to meet quality standards
- Presenting quality food by ensuring menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices while maintaining immaculate kitchen facilities
- Living the company's Principles & Beliefs by fostering a passionate and fun team culture
- Supporting team members to live balanced lives
