Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current ServSafe certification
- must be 18 years of age or older
- night and weekend availability is required

Job Duties
- adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- work with operations and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions
- estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
- schedule staff efficiently based on business volume
- collaborate with kitchen manager or general manager to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- assist in managing kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits to comply with local department of health regulations
- maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- report critical issues promptly to general manager
