Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in opening and operating kitchens
- Track record of driving business goals and delivering positive guest and team experiences
- Understanding of kitchen operations including food and beverage, labor, compliance, risk and safety, training
- Innovative and detail-oriented operator
- Ability to analyze data, financials, and analytics
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality
- Front of house experience is a plus
- Learning and development experience is a plus
