  • Experience in opening and operating restaurants or kitchens
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to manage labor and compliance
  • Commitment to safety and risk management

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in opening and operating kitchens
  • Track record of driving business goals and delivering positive guest and team experiences
  • Understanding of kitchen operations including food and beverage, labor, compliance, risk and safety, training
  • Innovative and detail-oriented operator
  • Ability to analyze data, financials, and analytics
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality
  • Front of house experience is a plus
  • Learning and development experience is a plus
