Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- night and weekend availability is required
- minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience
- current ServSafe certification
- ability to maintain a clean, safe environment
- ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment where walking, bending, and standing are frequent
- ability to lift objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- current ServSafe certification
Job Duties
- adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions
- estimate food consumption and make purchases according to specified food program
- schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits
- proactively maintain a clean and safe environment
- report critical issues to General Manager as soon as possible
