Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • night and weekend availability is required
  • minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience
  • current ServSafe certification
  • ability to maintain a clean, safe environment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment where walking, bending, and standing are frequent
  • ability to lift objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 1 to 3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable
  • relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • current ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions
  • estimate food consumption and make purchases according to specified food program
  • schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits
  • proactively maintain a clean and safe environment
  • report critical issues to General Manager as soon as possible
