Job Requirements

- culinary degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of culinary experience
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- support the executive chef in daily kitchen operations
- assist in menu planning and food preparation
- supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- monitor quality control for food presentation and taste
- train and mentor kitchen team members
