Job Requirements
- Five or more years progressive culinary experience
- passion for culinary arts
- basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- adaptable interpersonal communication skills

- ability to calculate basic math principles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes during service ensuring consistency flavor and presentation
- collaborate with front of house leadership to ensure food flows smoothly from kitchen to dining room maintaining quality and presentation standards
- coach team to uphold food integrity guest experience cleanliness and maintenance of culinary spaces
- deliver on guest expectations balancing flavor combinations temperature texture and menu flow
- understand operational metrics demonstrating critical thinking by connecting them with operational observations
- mentor team on skill set technique and menu execution fostering continuous growth and effective corrective action
- facilitate communication by leading daily line ups weekly culinary leadership meetings and quarterly all staff meetings
- participate in recruitment training scheduling supervising coaching and motivation of culinary associates
- observe conditions of facilities and equipment working with chef engineering and vendors to make improvements
- maintain regular communication with executive chef and management to align on priorities
- uphold and model company's principles of people place and character encouraging values of collaboration service and hospitality
- partner with executive chef sous chefs and management to provide best guest experience
