- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Be a leader in the restaurant and a resource for answers
- supervise staff to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- work any station on the line during any service and set an example for others to follow
- place daily orders according to order sheet or direction from chef
- organize and store deliveries ensuring invoices are correct, prices are as expected, and quantities are accurate
- maintain a clean work environment
- support others around you to provide the best guest experience
