Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, foster an inclusive environment, develop kitchen associates, hold team accountable constructively
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Drive restaurant results by supervising kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking standards are met
  • Present quality food by ensuring all menu items meet recipe and presentation standards
  • Enforce safety and sanitation practices maintaining immaculate facilities
  • Live company principles and foster a passionate, fun, and supportive culture
