Job Requirements

  • Lift and or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently
  • routine standing for duration of shift
  • safely maneuver equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, and wine keys
  • scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary or kitchen leadership experience preferred
  • strong communication and motivational skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • experience managing kitchen operations and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional culinary experiences while adhering to company policies and standards
  • lead and motivate kitchen team members through clear communication and support
  • develop team skills including cooking techniques, knife skills, time management, and accountability
  • enforce safety and sanitation programs according to federal, state, and local laws
  • manage kitchen expenses ensuring compliance with budgetary requirements
