Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or formal apprenticeship program or equivalent
- Valid Food Safety certification
- Minimum three years of kitchen supervisor and/or management experience preferred
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Strong understanding of purchasing, receiving, inventory control and stock rotation
- Ability to educate and demonstrate fundamental and advanced cooking skills

Job Duties
- Manage the hot kitchen line effectively
- Help manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with menu planning and ordering
- Ensure food is prepared, plated, and served properly and efficiently
- Assume the Senior Sous Chef's responsibilities in their absence
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Coordinate with other kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure excellent guest experience
