Job Requirements
- Valid Food Handlers card
- minimum 2-4 years of Sous Chef or equivalent experience
- ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff
- knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- leadership and team management skills
- experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining
- ability to mentor and develop staff
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate preferred
