Job Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a similar role
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • strong understanding of food safety standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous Sous Chef or lead cook experience preferred
  • strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
  • ability to lead and work alongside a kitchen team
  • organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance during service
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • support menu execution, prep, and production
  • maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost control
  • help train and develop kitchen team members
  • ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
