Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' supervisory experience
  • One year experience with standard recipe execution
  • Knowledge of food ordering and inventory management
  • Ability to pass security clearance per company policy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Professionalism in communication and conduct
  • Ability to speak and read English

Job Qualifications

  • Two years' experience supervising a team of at least three associates
  • One year experience following standardized recipes
  • Experience with food ordering, pricing, and inventory control
  • Knowledge of chain restaurant or retail food operations preferred
  • Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff
  • Proficiency in basic computer use and property management systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets
  • Oversee personnel and maintain team cohesion
  • Control budgets and financial performance
  • Maintain kitchen and equipment standards
  • Supervise preparation, service, and setup of menu items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required
