Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years' supervisory experience
- One year experience with standard recipe execution
- Knowledge of food ordering and inventory management
- Ability to pass security clearance per company policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull 60 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Professionalism in communication and conduct
- Ability to speak and read English
Job Qualifications
- Two years' experience supervising a team of at least three associates
- One year experience following standardized recipes
- Experience with food ordering, pricing, and inventory control
- Knowledge of chain restaurant or retail food operations preferred
- Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff
- Proficiency in basic computer use and property management systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets
- Oversee personnel and maintain team cohesion
- Control budgets and financial performance
- Maintain kitchen and equipment standards
- Supervise preparation, service, and setup of menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
