Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience managing food production for 400+ meals
  • Familiarity with kitchen technology and data systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Commitment to nonprofit mission and values

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume food production
  • Proven ability to design and improve kitchen processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Airtable
  • Knowledge of culturally diverse menus
  • Ability to analyze and use production data
  • Calm and rational decision-making under pressure

  • Manage and operationalize main production line
  • Build and improve kitchen infrastructure and workflow
  • Ensure consistency and quality of meal production
  • Utilize technology for data tracking and quality control

  • Manage inventory and production metrics using digital tools
