Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • Ability to train and lead kitchen staff
  • Familiarity with state and local food safety regulations
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • Complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks error-free
  • Experience with hiring and training employees a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role preferred
  • Experience working with a POS system is a plus

Job Duties

  • Organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product
  • Purchasing and inventory duties
  • Comply with all state and local operating regulations
  • Apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus
  • Plan for special events and holiday functions
