Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to train and lead kitchen staff
- Familiarity with state and local food safety regulations
- Experience with purchasing and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks error-free
- Experience with hiring and training employees a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role preferred
- Experience working with a POS system is a plus
Job Duties
- Organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product
- Purchasing and inventory duties
- Comply with all state and local operating regulations
- Apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus
- Plan for special events and holiday functions
