Job Duties
- support and execute club menus with consistency, creativity, and precision
- collaborate on seasonal menus and member-driven enhancements
- ensure timely service for à la carte dining and special functions
- assist with food ordering, receiving, and inventory management
- maintain organized storage and prep areas
- mentor, train, and onboard culinary staff
- coordinate prep schedules and support club events
- enforce food safety and sanitation standards
