Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
- Must adhere to dress code and safety protocols
- Compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures
- Willingness to participate in all required training
- Strong commitment to environmental and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a commercial kitchen
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and health department standards
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures according to applicable federal, state, and local guidelines and regulations
- Assist Executive Chef with administrative duties including attendance, human resources, and timelines
- Monitor and review HACCP logs
- Assemble RTE menu items according to recipes and core standards
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following ISS/Guckenheimer and government regulatory rules
- Support management team with taking monthly inventory
- Notify management of concerns with product quantities, food/equipment safety, or other issues
- Attend all meetings of the day
- Report all accidents and injuries promptly
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
