- at least two years of experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant
- ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience with team leadership and development
- understanding of payroll and labor laws
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- adheres to EcoSure protocols with proper documentation
- runs high-volume service periods from the expo or wheel position
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams ensuring compliance with TFK standards
- participates in EcoSure and health inspections
- responsible for hiring, developing, and scheduling back of house employees
- manages payroll hours in compliance with company standards and state laws
- partners with Executive Chef to manage P&L, food cost, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
- maintains consistent communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
